Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, basic math, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and experience leading teams in a retail setting; full-time schedule with safety and food handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Produce Department.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals.
• Ensure accurate pricing and stock levels.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and development for department associates.
• Assist with onboarding and interviewing of new associates.
• Maintain temperature logs and production records.
