Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club location in Ontario, OH seeks a Produce Department Lead to drive sales, supervise hourly associates, and model Produce expertise. You’ll collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations while ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, and safety across the department.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, leveraging handheld devices to plan and act on production and product quality, and maintaining profitable, compliant operations with strong member

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges required trainings and assessments will need to be completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Produce/Floral team to meet business goals and member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations, ensure quality, inventory, sanitation and safety.
• Utilize handheld tech to drive decisions and improve operations.
• Plan staffing, ensure profitability, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
