Job summary

Whole Foods Market distribution center in Connecticut is seeking a detail‑oriented QC associate to inspect inbound product, monitor warehouse temperature, and support put away. You will also grade commodities and verify codes to ensure accurate reporting to vendors.

Candidates should have basic MS Word/Excel skills, be able to communicate clearly in English, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence to all buyers and WFP office.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Effective oral and written communication, must read, write and speak English
• Ability to perform physical requirements of position
• Ability to work well with others
• Accurate and self-motivated
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the Distribution Center, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
