Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Independence, MO is seeking a Produce team member who ensures quality, freshness and availability of fruits and vegetables while delivering friendly customer service. You’ll help keep areas clean, stocked, and safe, and you’ll use handheld technology to support sales and inventory. A team-driven, proactive mindset is essential.

You will engage with members to answer questions, stock merchandise, and uphold standards of quality and service in a fast-paced club environment.

• Maintain inventory to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock situations.
• Support cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks.
• Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
