Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model the 3A’s of Friendly: acknowledge, assist and appreciate customers.
• Promote Corporate Brands to customers.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions and make suggestions about products.
• Assist with preparing produce platters/trays.
• Inform customers of produce specials.
• Recommend items to meet customer needs.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain temperature logs.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks.
