Job summary

El Rancho Supermercado is seeking a Produce Clerk to help keep our produce department stocked, fresh, and organized in Fort Worth, Texas. You will trim, wash, and prepare produce for display, rotate stock, and maintain clean displays and coolers.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and may benefit from prior produce or supermarket experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse customer base and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Previous experience in produce departments or supermarkets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory counts and product preparation for display.
• Build and rotate displays, maintain department schematics, and ensure product freshness.
• Assist with pricing signage and keep coolers clean and organized.
• Unload trucks and organize stock; work cross-functionally with departments.
