Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age required.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work in conjunction with upper management.
• Review historical data regarding sales, ads and promotions; co-manage inventory to ensure satisfactory in-stock levels.
• Indirectly responsible for maintaining and improving sales, financial results, and work standards.
• Inspect product for quality control and food safety; adhere to labeling requirements.
• Promote product sales through suggestive selling and appealing displays.
• Cut and trim product, prepare and display to maintain high quality presentation.
• Maintain stock conditions on display racks, tables, and shelves; ensure accurate inventory and paperwork.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and respond to complaints with a customer-service mindset.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary working environment by following safety procedures.
