Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates with a positive attitude.
• Communicate information to associates about company, department, and job specifics.
• Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet targets through teamwork.
• Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train and develop associates on performance and participate in performance appraisals.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products and location of items.
• Review and inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action.
• Assist management with inventory planning and CAO processes.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers and keep temperature logs.
• Adhere to safety programs, report risks, and ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
