Job summary

Coborn’s is hiring a Produce Clerk I in Delano, Minnesota. The role supports the produce department by stocking shelves, building displays, rotating stock, and keeping the area clean and inviting for guests.

You will receive and inspect deliveries, ensure freshness, and engage customers with samples and friendly service while following health and safety regulations. This position supports full-time and part-time staff with a team‑oriented, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Stocking shelves and rotating product to maintain freshness
• Assist guests and upsell products with sampling and recommendations
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and build displays in the produce department
• Cull and rotate product to ensure quality and freshness
• Receive, inspect for quality and freshness, and stock items
• Clean the department and equipment
• Engage guests with fresh product samples and suggestive selling
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and adhere to safety standards
