Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a store associate in Oceanside, CA. You will greet customers, provide friendly service, and help maintain product quality and selection throughout shifts that may start early in the morning or late in the evening.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling returns, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Must meet age and certification requirements while supporting a 24/7 operation with varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and thank customers with friendly, proactive service.
• Assist customers by locating items, handling returns and refunds as needed.
• Perform receiving duties: verify orders, date and stock products.
• Maintain merchandising, freshness and proper pricing of products.
