Job summary

El Rancho Supermercado in El Paso, TX is seeking a Produce Clerk to assist with inventory, prepare displays, trim and wrap produce, and monitor cooler temperatures. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain accurate signage.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented, customer service oriented, and capable of working across departments. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs in a retail environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Produce Clerk is responsible for assisting with inventory counts, preparing product for display by trimming, washing, banding and /or wrapping produce goods. Build, rotate and maintain product displays, maintain department schematics, clean and sanitize work area, and monitor temperatures in coolers and cases. Product knowledge, unload trucks and organize inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
