Responsabilités

• Role model the 3A’s of Friendly: acknowledge, assist and appreciate customers.
• Promote Corporate Brands to customers.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that welcomes and assists customers with product questions.
• Gain knowledge of products and suggest items to meet customer needs.
• Assist with produce platters/trays preparation.
• Inform customers of produce specials.
• Recommend items to ensure customers get what they want.
• Prepare, label and inventory department merchandise.
• Review quality and freshness, and take appropriate action.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and logs are maintained.
• Support safety programs and report hazards.
• Practice preventive maintenance and notify managers of repairs.
• Notify management of accidents and report safety risks.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
