Responsibilities

• Assist customers with produce selection and inquiries.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, and shelf tags.

• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Maintain regular lifting of up to 25 lbs, frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs.

Job Summary

Under direct supervision of the Produce Manager, the Produce Clerk provides customer service by assisting customers, cleaning, filling, and rotating produce displays. The role requires lifting, bending, standing, stooping, walking, and kneeling for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
