Whether you're rotating product, checking in deliveries, or helping a customer find what they need, your work makes a real difference every single day.If you enjoy staying active, take pride in a job well done, and thrive working as part of a team, we'd love to have you on our team.**What You'll Do**No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:* Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile, assisting them with their needs, and going the extra mile to make their shopping experience a great one* Review the status and appearance of merchandise for freshness and replenish and rotate product to maintain quality standards* Ensure an adequate product supply is ready and on hand; develop or follow a production list and anticipate daily product needs for the department* Check in product, put product away, and review invoices as needed* Prepare, finish, and replenish product as necessary* Practice proper sanitation procedures and keep the work area clean, neat, and safe at all times* Remove trash in a timely manner and assist with general department upkeep* Order product and supplies and price products for customers as needed* Answer the phone promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers who call* Follow Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and all department and company guidelines* Pitch in with other tasks or special projects as they come up**Your Skills**You don't need extensive experience for this role; we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
