Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Food Clerk to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in our Fresh departments. You’ll engage with customers, share product details, stock displays, and use store technology to complete tasks accurately.

You’ll work the 10PM–6AM shift as part of a team that keeps the store fresh, safe, and welcoming. Prior retail experience helps, but a positive attitude and reliability are most valued. This role offers learning and growth within a family-oriented company.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates

• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
