Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist department manager in achieving sales goals
• Promote corporate brands to customers and support store promotions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming department environment
• Answer customer questions and recommend department products
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
• Prepare produce platters/trays and inform customers of specials
• Ensure accurate pricing, packaging, and quality control for items in the department
• Monitor temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain temperature logs
• Report safety risks, accidents, and discrepancies to management
• Assist with product ordering/shipping discrepancies and communicate with the manager
• Display a positive attitude and adapt to high paced, potentially stressful conditions
• Support a diverse customer base, including minors and elderly individuals, with appropriate care
• Follow directions and ask for help to resolve customer and business issues
• Maintain knowledge of products and provide suggestions to customers
• Assist in maintaining store standards and safety procedures

• Report all safety risks or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud to store management

• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
