Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is hiring a customer-focused team member to support grocery operations and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, answer customer questions, stock and label merchandise, and ensure product quality and safe handling across the department.

Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to stay calm under pressure are valued, as is a willingness to adapt to busy shifts in a retail setting.

• Adequately prepare, package, label and inventory merchandise
• Review/inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action with those items

• Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager
