Job summary

Kroger in Bowling Green, KY seeks a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service and maintain a safe, clean environment. You will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals while upholding quality standards and company values.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting products, stocking and labeling merchandise, and ensuring temperature controls and safety procedures are followed. Prior retail experience and a strong work ethic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Current food handlers permit once employed.
