Citarella is hiring a Produce Associate to join the Produce team in New York. You will deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining displays, managing waste, and supporting team-selling efforts.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of food handling and guest service experience, with strong merchandising and organizational skills. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of food handling, guest service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to maximize sales.
• Suggestively sell products to guests to increase sales.
• Unload deliveries and stock the produce area and displays.
• Rotate, restock, and maintain product displays and culling.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and DOH/DOA/OSHA standards.
