Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Massachusetts is seeking a Produce Department Associate to assist Members, stock and rotate fresh produce, and maintain clean, well‑signposted displays. You’ll help ensure quality, freshness, and a positive shopping experience in our club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a produce department preferred.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables, including seasonal items.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help Members by assisting with produce selection and locating items.
• Inspect, rotate, and store produce on delivery.
• Rotate produce on the sales floor for freshness and variety.
• Maintain reserve stock and organize back stock daily.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage in the produce area.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized displays.
