Job summary

Harmons Grocery in Utah is seeking a part-time Produce Stocker to maintain quality standards for fruits, vegetables, salads, and fresh pack items. You will stock shelves, handle deliveries, and assist customers with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock produce shelves, coolers, and fresh pack items.

• Maintain quality and freshness of all produce products.
• Ensure correct product assortment and inventory levels for the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Keep the department clean, organized, and sanitized daily.

$15.00 - $18.31 PER HOUR

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all fruits, vegetables, salads, and fresh pack products in the produce department. This person will be stocking produce shelves, produce coolers, and fresh pack items, receiving and stocking product, and providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
• Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the produce department provides
• Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the produce department
• Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
• Ensures the produce department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance
• Delivers excellent service to all customers
• Properly receives and stocks product
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the produce department as a whole

MARGINIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs other job-related duties as assigned .
