Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with produce needs.
• Ensure department standards for freshness, rotation, replenishment, and proper refrigeration.
• Train new employees and support ongoing development of the department team; lead in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Assist with inventory and ordering; maintain clean, organized work areas and sanitation procedures.

You'll work in the produce department and can expect frequent exposure to cool temperatures and dampness, as well as possible equipment movement hazards from a pallet jack, electrical equipment, and cleaning chemicals and solvents.
