The Prod Tech 3 will perform a variety of manufacturing and production duties, including operating equipment, monitoring processes, and conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of production procedures and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform in-process quality inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues.
• Document production data accurately, including material usage, output, and quality control results.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and assist with equipment calibration and repairs as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and cleanroom procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and other production teams to optimize processes and resolve technical problems.
• Assist in training less experienced production technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a high-tech or optical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to operate complex manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications for data entry and process monitoring.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Pay Range

N30-USA-1 :$25.55 - $31.95
