Job summary

King County's Procurement & Payables team in Seattle is seeking a Term Limited Temporary Functional Analyst II to provide expert support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement. The role focuses on procure-to-pay processes, data integrity, and reporting.

The position is hybrid, based at King Street Center, with two in-office days. You will troubleshoot complex issues, develop training materials, and serve as a backup for related tasks, through July 2027.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a functional analyst role supporting Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with public procurement to payment processes.
• Experience involving system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for financial/procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert supporting Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Provide system and user support for requisitions, POs, contracts, supplier records, and related needs.
• Create and run reports to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
