• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect sourcing and purchasing activities for a wide range of operational products across multiple business units.
• Analyze large purchasing data sets to identify trends, validate information, and support procurement decisions.
• Manage purchasing activities and supplier information within the procurement system.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support sourcing projects and purchasing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reporting, and item information.
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report purchasing data using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Assist with supplier communication, purchasing requests, and sourcing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the procurement process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement organization.
