Job summary

AIM is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager in Seattle, WA, to lead the sourcing and materials function for our autonomous machines. This role requires a proactive approach in managing suppliers and inventory while navigating a fast-paced environment. You will build supplier programs and ensure that AIM can scale its operations efficiently. Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or materials management in a hardware-intensive company.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating volume contracts.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing across the full AIM hardware BOM.
• Maintain relationships with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
• Develop and own strategic relationships with key suppliers.
