Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Procurement & Submittals Manager for AWS PAC to drive RFQ creation, PO change management, and supplier qualification for power, cooling, and related equipment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop KPIs, and manage the supplier drawing/approval lifecycle to ensure timely design sign-offs and robust procurement processes across data centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or Finance.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
• Experience in global supply chain management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate RFQ according to forecasted demand.
• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order change management.
• Oversee funding reallocation to enable PO issuance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change management.
• Proactively communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and track progress against goals.
• Develop processes for supplier qualification and onboarding.
• Monitor supplier drawing and specification approvals to secure design sign-off.
