Job summary

PCS Company is seeking a procurement analyst to manage the procurement process for assigned suppliers, analyze data, monitor supply chain trends, and support contract negotiations to improve procurement strategies.

You will prepare regular procurement performance reports, maintain supplier pricing databases, track orders, and conduct supplier site visits as needed to ensure cost, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing data to track procurement trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and retaining contracts and certificates to ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality and delivery timelines.
• Process purchase orders and track orders for timely delivery.
• Prepare procurement performance reports for management.
