Job summary

Burlington is seeking a procurement-focused professional to ensure timely, cost-effective supply chain support for new store openings and relocations. You will evaluate costs, build vendor relationships, and drive sourcing strategies while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across the organization.

You will lead sourcing activities, manage supplier agreements, and analyze spending trends to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of purchasing, vendor negotiations, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Oracle Financials.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, control costs, and support procurement operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, purchasing, and coordination of goods and transportation for new store openings and relocations.
• Evaluate procurement requests and determine sourcing and purchasing approaches.
• Assist stakeholders in vendor selection, onboarding, management, and performance evaluation.
• Negotiate supplier agreements including pricing, delivery, and service expectations across categories.
• Develop, run, and analyze reports to identify spending trends, compliance metrics, and procurement performance indicators.
• Support field operations with order tracking, issue resolution, and invoice discrepancies.
