Qualifications

• Two-year diploma or four-year degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3+ years of category-based buying and negotiating contracts or related experience.
• Purchasing designation preferred (CSCP, CPIM, CPCM).
• Knowledge of negotiating terms, risk management, vendor management, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contracting process in accordance with EPCOR policies.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and contracts; facilitate review sessions.
• Prepare RFx documents, lead RFx processes, and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Provide sourcing strategies and procurement plans to streamline processes.
