Arbor Energy is seeking a Procurement Specialist to build and manage a world-class supplier ecosystem as we scale from prototypes to production-ready hardware. You will work directly with the Head of Supply Chain to handle purchasing volume, expand supplier bases, and align with current and future supply needs.

This onsite role in El Segundo, CA collaborates with Turbomachinery, Combustion, Systems, Test, and Manufacturing Engineering to uphold Arbor's values—lead with love, steward the planet,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, supply chain, engineering, supplier-facing experience, or related field.
• Experience working with multiple suppliers or external partners.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers and track delivery status, performance, and risks.
• Support sourcing, negotiations, and cost-trend analysis to guide supplier decisions.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers and expand the supplier base for current and future builds.
• Collaborate with Turbomachinery, Combustion, Systems, Test, and Manufacturing Engineering, providing status updates and risk mitigations.
