Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with MS Office applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook and Word.
• 3+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing.
• 3+ years in project management or project coordination.
• Experience supporting procurement activities within construction, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to coordinate procurement for datacenter equipment and construction materials.
• Track equipment deliveries from suppliers to warehouses and project sites, ensuring schedules are met.
• Execute contract modifications and change orders while maintaining compliance with procurement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Monitor sourcing activities, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure timely project execution.
