Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced procurement professional to execute end-to-end procurement activities for assigned projects. You will coordinate supplier solicitation, bid comparisons, and procurement meetings to ensure alignment with schedules and contracts.

You will maintain accurate procurement records, support financial processing, and assist with billing and invoicing workflows to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain management, business, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.

Job Summary:

Executes end-to-end procurement activities for assigned projects or programs, including supplier coordination, purchasing, expediting, and documentation management. Partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align procurement actions with schedule requirements and contractual expectations. Supports solicitation activities, bid comparisons, and procurement meetings to track deliverables and constraints. Maintains accurate procurement records and reporting to support project execution and financial processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages procurement execution for assigned purchases, including supplier communication, purchase order processing, and expediting to support schedule requirements.
• Participates in supplier solicitation and evaluation activities, including preparation of bid tallies and comparative analyses.
• Coordinates procurement check-ins with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track deliverables, constraints, and order status.
• Coordinates submittals, shop drawing workflows, and required documentation with project teams and suppliers as applicable to the scope being procured.
• Identifies procurement risks and escalates constraints to appropriate stakeholders with proposed mitigation actions.
• Develops and distributes reports to communicate status, action items, and required decisions to internal stakeholders.
• Supports billing and invoice workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing aligned with project requirements.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction operations required.
• Experience coordinating procurement for complex packages or schedule-driven purchases required.
• Experience using procurement systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools required.
• Experience supporting general contractor, engineering-procurement-construction (EPC), or project-based environments preferred.
