Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement operations.
  • Experience with supplier onboarding, contract administration, or procurement support activities.
  • Strong Excel skills, including reporting, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • Experience working with ERP or procurement systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and sourcing activities across indirect spend categories.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, and supplier inquiries.
  • Maintain supplier data and records within SAP systems.
  • Coordinate contract creation, approvals, renewals, and documentation.
  • Generate procurement reports and analyze data using Excel.
  • Support procurement systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, iCertis, and HighQ.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Partner with Category Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support daily procurement operations.

Pay Details:

$34.00 to $34.73 per hour
