Job summary

This position blends procurement, accounts payable, and inventory support, offering exposure to multiple areas of the business and cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, sales, and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of related experience, ERP system familiarity, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, inventory, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with vendor invoice processing and purchase order matching preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, chemicals, supplies, and services from approved vendors.
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, and receipt).
• Verify pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and record maintenance.
• Prepare reports and perform other administrative duties as needed.

This position is a unique blend of procurement, accounts payable, and inventory support responsibilities, providing exposure to multiple areas of the business.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable collaborating across operations, finance, sales, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, chemicals, supplies, and services from approved vendors
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, and receipt)
• Verify pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and record maintenance
• Support the preparation of customer bids and proposals
• Maintain supplier information, pricing data, and vendor agreements
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues
• Conduct supplier research and assist with vendor performance evaluations
• Support cost-saving initiatives and month-end activities
• Prepare reports and perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
