Rise Technical in Miami, FL is hiring a Procurement Specialist to own supplier relationships, negotiate with vendors, and manage orders for aircraft components and materials. You will coordinate with production, engineering and quality teams to ensure material availability and regulatory compliance, with hands-on training and opportunities for progression. Qualifications

• 1+ years in procurement, purchasing, buying, material control or inventory management.
• Familiarity with aerospace material documentation and regulatory requirements (PMA and/or FAA Form 8130-3).
• Supplier communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with ability to manage PO, material availability and production priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure aircraft components, electronic parts, raw materials and production supplies, managing supplier relationships, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier delivery commitments and inventory levels to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Work with production, engineering and quality teams to maintain material traceability and review certification documentation for aerospace standards (AS9100/ISO 9001).
• Develop procurement and materials management expertise through hands-on training and cross-functional collaboration.

Are you a Procurement Specialist with aerospace or manufacturing experience looking to take greater ownership of supplier relationships, develop your commercial expertise, and progress your career within the aviation industry?

On offer is the opportunity to manage procurement activities across specialist aircraft components and materials, negotiate with suppliers, and play an important role in ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently, with hands‑on training and opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

You’ll be joining an established aviation business operating across the commercial and military aerospace aftermarket, offering exposure to specialist components, regulated supply chains and complex material requirements. This is an opportunity to build your industry knowledge, strengthen your supplier management skills, and develop your career within a growing organisation.

You will oversee purchasing activities from sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing through to purchase order management, inventory coordination and material compliance. Working closely with production, engineering, quality and materials teams, you’ll help ensure critical components are available when needed while maintaining accurate records and meeting aerospace quality standards.

This role would suit a Procurement or Purchasing Specialist with aerospace or manufacturing experience who wants to develop their expertise in aviation supply chains, take ownership of supplier performance, and progress into a more senior procurement position.

The Role

• Source and procure aircraft components, electronic parts, raw materials and production supplies, managing supplier relationships, quotations and commercial negotiations.

The Candidate

• 1+ years in procurement, purchasing, buying, material control or inventory management, ideally within aerospace or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with aerospace material documentation and regulatory requirements, particularly PMA and/or FAA Form 8130-3.
• Supplier communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage purchase orders, material availability and competing production priorities.
