Job summary

• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and invoice discrepancies.
• Support cost reduction initiatives through purchasing analysis.
• Compile purchasing data and prepare reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement expenditures.
• Coordinate procurement activities with warehouse, operations, transportation, finance, and inventory teams.
• Ensure materials and services are delivered according to operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities as necessary.
• Assist with risk mitigation planning for supply disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain procurement records and audit documentation.
