Helion Energy in Everett, WA is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to join our growing Supply Chain team. This onsite role reports to the Manager of Procurement and supports sourcing for hardware, equipment, services, and software across production and R&D needs.
You will create purchase orders, negotiate terms with vendors, and ensure accurate ERP data while helping to refine procurement processes as the team scales. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3+ years in procurement are preferred.

Due to organization growth, we are seeking multiple proactive and driven Procurement Specialists to join our growing team. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to procure off the shelf hardware, equipment, services and software, ensuring timely execution of requirements as needed by Helion Energy’s technical and production teams. This position offers the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of procurement activities and categories in a quickly growing organization, along with helping to determine effective procurement processes as our team expands. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Manager of Procurement at our Everett, WA office.
