Job summary

HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX invites a Supply Chain Co-Op to join our Procurement team for a six-month learning opportunity focused on category management, spend analytics, supplier engagement and procurement operations.

You will analyze procurement data, develop dashboards and reports, support strategic sourcing projects, and collaborate with category managers and cross‑functional teams under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and email apps
• Basic knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement principles
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
• Detail oriented and able to organize data
• Ability to perform intermediate math calculations
• Experience with data entry and clerical tasks

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends and savings opportunities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for Procurement leadership
• Support strategic sourcing projects including market analysis and supplier evaluations
• Assist category managers with category management strategies and multi-year sourcing plans
• Conduct market research to assess supply market conditions and risks
• Support supplier onboarding, performance initiatives and process improvements
• Assist with procurement technology testing, implementation and data validation
• Review procurement data for quality and compliance
• Participate in supplier and cross-functional project meetings
