Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leaders.
• Experience supporting procurement or supply chain processes and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly business review process with leadership, contracts, price increases, cost performance, risks, and priorities.
• Prepare concise presentations for vice presidents and senior leaders.
• Direct a team of 5–10 procurement professionals, set priorities, coach performance, and develop the team.
• Drive Sustainable Value Creation projects with measurable deliverables and regular reporting.
• Collaborate across Resource Industries procurement to support strategic initiatives and cost targets.
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Develop, implement, and improve procurement processes, reporting, governance, and training.
• Coordinate tariff-related data, tools, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess business requirements and propose practical, adoptable solutions.
