Qualifications

• High School diploma and 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Sources, purchases, plans, and schedules movement of raw materials, packaging, parts, services and finished goods through production and inventory processes.
• Identifies requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules.
• Purchases, plans, and coordinates material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences.
• Analyzes data to determine price factors and selects lowest cost that meets quality, reliability and schedule needs.
• Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, selects suppliers, and maintains records of material movement.
