Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related work experience.
• Georgia-specific procurement certifications within six months of hire (GCPA, GCPCA).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews purchase requisitions from departments.
• Creates and issues purchase orders.
• Supports P-Card program in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains procurement records and documentation.
• Assists with vendor setup with the State Accounting Office.
• Assists with asset management.
• Generates purchasing reports.
• Performs other purchasing and administrative duties.
