Job summary

Mars is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager- Raws to lead categories and a small team in building and maintaining global inbound supply chains for manufacturing reliability. You will champion high-performing behaviors and apply supply chain tools to create a lean, agile inbound network.

• Provide coaching and development support for a team of 1-2 indirect reports.
• Develop and perform materials management strategies that balance service levels with inventory and obsolescence minimization.

As a Procurement Operations Manager- Raws at Mars you will lead categories and a team of associates in the creation, implementation and maintenance of global inbound supply chains to enable manufacturing reliability. You’ll champion high performing team behaviors and lead a team in applying supply chain tools and processes to create a lean, agile, and reliable inbound network.

What are we looking for?

• 5 years of procurement &/or supply chain experience.
• In depth understanding of the supply chain and supplier relationship management.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting: USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
