Job summary

Hadrian in Los Angeles is seeking a Procurement Manager, Subcontracts to own end-to-end sourcing for externally manufactured supply. You will manage RFQ through PO, drive cost, quality, and schedule targets, and build strategic supplier relationships across teams.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, set KPIs, negotiate large contracts, and develop long-term supply strategies while ensuring policy compliance and ITAR readiness to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contracts.
• Experience in managing externally manufactured supply chains and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier selection and sourcing strategy for externally manufactured requirements.
• Coordinate across buyers, supplier quality, and internal ops teams to fulfill orders.
• Manage KPIs and improve performance on SLA, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop long-term strategies for cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply base growth.
• Escalate negotiations and handle commercial resolutions during order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations (ITAR) while maintaining integrity.
• Present supplier health and risks to leadership and drive action.
• Collaborate with product/software teams to improve tooling for operations.
• Conduct make-vs-buy analyses with internal quoting teams.
• Proactively address blockers with open order management and risk mitigation.
