Day to day you will:
  • Drive competitive sourcing events - develop RFP strategies, evaluate contractor qualifications, and lead award recommendations for some of the largest construction programs in the industry.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts - structure contract amendments, negotiate change orders, and hold GCs accountable to cost, schedule, and safety commitments.
  • Partner cross-functionally - work alongside Construction, Design, Legal, Finance, and Program Management to remove blockers, align on delivery milestones, and ensure data center capacity comes online on time.
  • Analyze cost and risk - benchmark GC pricing, identify cost-savings opportunities, and flag commercial risks before they become schedule impacts.
