Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • MBA or related Master's preferred.
  • Experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in Facility services or related discipline.
  • Proficient with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to interpret data and documentation.
  • Excellent communication with all management levels.
  • Self-motivated and independent problem-solver.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management for all procurement activities across client sites.
  • Manage supplier consolidation and supplier diversity programs.
  • Analyze spend, benchmarks, and processes to identify value opportunities.
  • Develop and conduct complex eRFPs, analyze responses, negotiate terms to achieve results.
  • Interpret contracts, coordinate SOWs, and ensure proper records retention and compliance.
  • Advise on contractual rights, COI escalations, and resource utilization.
  • Maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms; deliver requested reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders and present procurement insights to leadership.

Job TitleProcurement ManagerJob Description SummaryUnder the direction of Procurement Leadership, this role leads and manages the strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, and overall operations for all Procurement activities across the portfolio of sites on client accounts. We are resourceful, creative, and agile, and we balance competing needs to create impactful solutions for the real estate industry.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the Procurement relationship with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate, and other key stakeholders.Responsible for high and low-range supplier consolidation and supplier diversity efforts.Implement programs, facilitate supplier audits & QBRs, and initiatives to ensure the achievement of all goals, metrics, and KPIs are met.Analyze account-wide spend, benchmarking, vendors, operations, and processes to continually consistently identify opportunities for value creation. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.Develop and facilitate various complexity eRFPs, analyze responses, negotiate, and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results.Interprets contracts, SOW coordination, negotiates with vendors, and ensures appropriate contractual records retention plans are in place on the account.Advise management regarding contractual rights, COI escalations, obligations, and other contractual matters, such as effective use of resources and legal issues.Manage the development, installation, and maintenance of tracking & reporting mechanisms that yield the appropriate outputs and conform to requested forms and frequencies.Maintain organized records to ensure any implemented system of checks and balances is being continually met for service contracts and additional compliance items.Employ C&W best practices, policies, processes, tools, and templates to include both C&W corporate and Client account specifications, as well as engaging with Category Managers and preferred suppliers in the execution of Procurement responsibilities.Participate at an appropriate level & frequency in all meetings and exhibit client presentation delivery expertise.Generate and distribute all necessary and requested reports.Maintain good business practicesResolve issues from the client with respect to supplier performance and qualityExhibit people management expertiseExperience using AI‑driven procurement, sourcing, and contract‑management platforms.Ability to translate AI‑generated insights into strategic recommendations for client leadershipPerform other miscellaneous related duties as assignedJob Requirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
