Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for procurement inquiries, requests, and orders.
• Review and approve requisitions and POs for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
• Research, evaluate, and qualify potential vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms and partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements on behalf of the company.
• Issue purchase orders to approved vendors and oversee the procurement cycle from request to fulfillment.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual compliance.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and supplier databases.
• Resolve procurement issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Oversee invoice processing and payment approvals in line with company policies.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and process improvements.
