Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the Global Legal Procurement function. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard procurement contracts such as Master Service Agreements, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a law degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record.
• Bar membership or eligibility in a national or state bar is required or eligible.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial transactions or procurement matters, in-house or law firm.

• Draft, review, and negotiate standard procurement contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements).
