Jobtailor in Austin, TX seeks a senior Oracle procurement leader to drive strategy, architecture, and delivery across the global Source-to-Pay ecosystem. You will align business policy with technology, design scalable processes, and ensure security and interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

10+ years hands-on Oracle Procurement experience (Self‑Service, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts).
5+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
Deep S2P lifecycle knowledge including PR/PO, Accounting, and CLM.
Experience with API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
Certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy, solution architecture, and execution for the global procurement tech ecosystem.
Define and maintain long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay process.
Act as functional lead for Oracle Fusion Procurement.
Build complex intake workflows and configure Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle.
Own the functional health of Oracle procurement integrations.
Monitor data flow for requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, and compliance screening.
Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting.
Translate business policies into precise logic within the technology stack.
Ensure Oracle remains audit-ready and manage mapping of category codes, cost centers, and tax attributes between Zip and Oracle GL.
Manage quarterly Oracle update cycles and conduct impact assessments.
Lead adoption and functional governance of Oracle embedded and custom AI agents.
Oversee Oracle Fusion lifecycle management, including requisitioning, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching.
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion supplier master data, trade management workflows, and approval hierarchies.

Requirements

10+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self‑Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts)
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement
Deep understanding of the Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Proven experience managing API‑based integrations between Intake‑to‑Procure tools and Tier‑1 ERPs
Ability to map complex, cross‑functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation or bottleneck removal
Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment
Certifications in a relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement module
Experience in an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem is nice to have
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management system is nice to have
Third‑party supporting software experience such as Ironclad or Navan is nice to have
Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry is nice to have
Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications is nice to have
