Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials supporting production. You will monitor inventory, coordinate with Purchasing, and resolve logistical issues to maintain smooth material flow.

The role requires organization, strong communication, and experience in a manufacturing setting, with opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaluma, CA.

Qualifications

  • AS/AA Degree and/or at least 2 years of education, training, and experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate material shortages or excesses.
  • Review purchase orders and delivery schedules for accuracy and completeness.
